- In case of a no show or cancellation of a guaranteed reservation, the hotel reserves the right to levy retention charges for the entire stay.

- Every Indian National Guest staying in Hotel must carry valid Photo Id proof for Check-in (Voters ID, Aadhaar, Driving Licence except PAN card).
- As per Foreigners Act 1946 and Registration of Foreigners Rules 1992, every foreign national guest staying in Hotel must carry a valid passport and visa. Guests holding a PIO/OCI card must carry the document for staying in the Hotel.
